DeliciousOrdered the A5 strip steak on Wednesday and it arrived Friday! It was delicious and so tender - practically melts in your mouth. A bit pricey and shipping was extra but worth the occasional splurge!

After this I'm probabbly spoiledI had never tried real Kobe beef before and decided to treat myself when I saw this on sale. I waited until my steak loving-son and daughter in law were over and seared it in a cast iron pan per the helpful directions found on the deBragga website. Wow! What a treat. Literally melted in our mouths while delivering an explosion of meaty sweetness. Too rich for an entree - at least for me - but a perfect appetizer for four people. Now I get what the fuss about Kobe beef is about, but after this I am probably spoiled.

Artistry Meats Flavor - A Luxury Experience From Start To FinishAre you kidding me?! Easy to prepare? Check. Delicious to eat? Check. All my friends jelly on social media? CHECK. The Japanese Wagyu was an experience from taking it out of the box and seeing the beautiful marbling to hearing the sizzle on a hot pan to slicing it against the grain and confirming it was nearly impossible to mess up the cook to finally tasting this magnificent gift from heaven (or whatever utopian afterlife you believe in). You can't call yourself a fan of meat unless you've tried one of these. Special cut. Special day. Special world we live in.

Great but a gray color on some areasDelicious and legit but was gray on large parts of the surface on both sides. I don't know if this is because of transit time etc.

Fantastic WagyuDelicious. Seared on stainless steel in 1 inch thick slices and salted lightly. Absolutely melts in your mouth. Delivered on time in perfect shape, thawed in the refrigerator over 48 hours.
