Braised Short Ribs - succulent, tender and delicious! We can't think of a better way to feast than a long-braised short rib of tender beef. We offer our Short Ribs cut two different ways. Some people like the flanken/kalbi -style also known as Korean style where we cut across the Short Rib. Others enjoy the European- style where we cut a single bone portion. Both are excellent. And We always include one tub of Glace de Viande Veal Stock to help take your Short Ribs to another level.
Chef Cuts are those under-appreciated cuts, like the Flat Iron or Skirt, that deliver comparable flavors and textures to their more well-known and pricier counterparts.
