At DeBragga, we are always on the lookout for excellent farmers and producers.  Vermont Salumi is a jewel of an artisan producer of Italian style salumi based in Barre, Vermont. Founded in 2011, they use exclusively antibiotic free pork, spices, and traditional methods producing small batches of their authentic recipes.

We are proud to offer a selection of their dry cured salumi for your enjoyment at any time of day or year.
