DeBragga’s pork comes from heritage breeds, naturally raised without any sub-therapeutic antibiotics, without growth stimulants and without animal by-products or artificial ingredients in the feed. All our hogs are outdoor raised, including the Berkshire/Duroc hogs from the Niman Ranch program, a network of more than 700 family farms across the nation, as well as DeBragga’s own Gloucester Old Spot hogs, raised in Upstate New York on family farms. DeBragga also sells the famed Spanish Iberico pork, known for its extremely rich flavor and texture.

DeBragga’s pork and poultry products never contain hormones because USDA does not allow producers to administer added hormones to poultry or swine/pork. Our pork and poultry products are never administered sub-therapeutic antibiotics.
