      Killer Shanks Killer Recipe

      Made the lamb shanks using Chef Lydia’s Roasted Lamb Shanks with Cannellini Beans. It knocked it out of the park! Friends starting eating and a hush fell over the table. Get extra hearth baked crusty bread. The braising liquid and bread could be a complete meal!

      Great shanks

      Very meaty shanks. Flavorful and not to gamey. Braised with more piox, burgundy heirlooms, rosemary, thyme and an older Chianti. They were great.

      Wow! I have never seen such meaty lamb shanks! One shank can, literally, feed two! Meaty, succulent, fall off the bone lamb heaven! These are the king of lamb shanks! Try them…you’ll thank me later.
