AmazingThese were amazing. Added some rub and smoked at 225 for 8 hours. Spritzed with apple juice every 2 hours. Wrapped at 165 and they were butter soft at 185. Can't say enough!

The Real Deal!These Short Ribs are the real deal…supermarket ribs don’t even come close! These appear to be cut from the flank and are juicy and meaty. Fall off the bone, melt in your mouth beefy succulence…highly recommend!
