PerfectionI’ve ordered this steak twice now. The first time, I reverse seared it and it came out perfect. This last time, I threw it on the grill and though it didn’t develop the same crust had I thrown it on the cast iron, it was still great. Perfect balance of butteriness and still maintains that carnivorous yet tender chew. I made it two for a bbq and it disappeared within seconds. Definitely recommend it!
