Excellent cut of vealDelicious veal. Did a quick sear and then low-heat roast in the oven, was so tender and excellent flavor. Will definitely buy again.

Butt Tender of a different kind.Very tender and you can use it for different kind of a meat meal. A Butt tender in the oven by low temperature. Sear for about 2 min. After bring it in the oven. Or you can make small medaillons. All excellent.
