Vermont Salumi Juniper Salami is bright, clean and reminiscent of northern Italy’s alpine landscape, where Juniper reigns supreme. Like the best Old-World artisans, each salami is allowed to cure slowly and naturally for the most focused and pure flavor development.
Using fresh antibiotic-free ground pork in all-natural casings, each link is hand tied, fermented, and aged for three weeks to develop superb taste and texture. Enjoy!
