Great Steak.Don't let the idea that these might be less succulent than you expect from a pricier steak keep you from ordering these steaks. They are amazing, flavorful and tender with that wonderful aged flavor that DeBragga is known for. Excellent beef is excellent beef.

Wow!!I have made these several different ways and they are always delicious! My favorite is to put my favorite rub on one side and Sous-vide them for an hour, then 30 seconds on each side in a cast-iron pan that is hot...you will be amazed how tender and flavorful they are.
