All our ducks are raised and produced in New York State and without any antibiotics ever.

Our “ Long Island “ ducks are the Pekin breed and have been raised for over 100 years on the East end of LONG ISLAND. These ducks are very tender and mild flavored.

The Moulard ducks are raised in the Catskill Mountains, just northwest of New York City. We offer all the parts of this delicious duck either raw for your own recipes or prepared using traditional recipes.
