    Lamb Racks ROCK!

    The Rocky Mountain Lamb racks were great! Great taste! Absolutely worth it! Prepared one rack with a parmesean-mustard crust and one with rosemary and garlic - both were excellent! They rocked the meals!!

    Lamb Racks Rock!

    Lamb Racks Rock! Excellent cuts of lamb! Cooked these racks two different ways: one with a parmesan-mustard crust at 300 degrees, and one with garlic, rosemary and olive oil at 400 degrees. Both were excellent. Highly recommend!!

    Scrumptious!

    These racks were truly delicious! Very different from New Zealand or Australian lamb, these racks were meatier and milder.
