Hands down!I normally get Chairmans Reserve pork from my local distributor. I ordered these pork chops and I was blown away! Chairmans Reserve vs the general grocery store (even the "higher end pork" they sell) didn't even compare. Then I tried this pork thinking... how could it be better? The flavor of this meat... made the seasoning seem like a waste. It was better than I could have expected honestly.

Best of the bunchWithout a doubt, the best pork chop I have come across. Seasoned with a general all purpose rub and a combination apple cinnamon rub and then grilled on the Big Green Egg. Truly excellent.
