Beautiful chopsthey were lovely and thick.I believe I used the wrong grill pan,a cast iron one heated very high. The chops were overdone,,all my fault but,the taste was lamby and very very good. How do I get some cut up bones and trimmings and such for stews etc. I love the next datydelivery
