Best brisket ever and the only one we will use from this point forward.
- Best brisket...ever! We brined half for 8 days to make corned beef for St. Patrick's day dinner. Excellent taste, texture and mouth feel. Guests raved. Second half will be part of a Texas BBQ themed dinner grilled on wood burning grill. Only brisket we will use from now on.
