I give these delicious steaks four stars out of five only because they arrived thawed (only slightly cold and not frozen). They are intensely flavorful and a great treat for special guests. I suggest cooking on a real charcoal grill to make the most of them.

I decided to do a competition when trying this dry aged steaks. I grilled simultaneously this DRY AGED RIBEYE with some Australian Wagyu MS5 ribeyes. The result was amazing, DRY AGED wasn't as tender (it was tender but not as Wagyu) and as juicy as the Wagyu but MEN dry aged was more tasty no doubts. I mean Wagyu is out of the average but the flavor of this DRY AGED steaks was hilarious. GREAT QUALITY STEAKS.

As perfect a steak as I've had anywhere. Amazingly tender and flavorful, simply prepared with rubbed olive oil, sea salt, ground black pepper, grilled a few minutes each side at 700 degrees and finished with a pat of butter.
