Amazing beef tenderloinThird New Year's Day celebrated with a DeBragga tenderloin! Once again, it was spectacular. Salted overnight, slow roasted and seared at the end, we enjoyed a delicious medium rare treat. This is the first place we'll look for holiday roasts!

Best Tenderloin EverThe best beef tenderloin I've ever had. We will definitely re-order. Note, however, that although the meat comes beautifully trimmed, it is not tied as pictured.

Amazing quality and flavorWe cut the tenderloin in half and roasted one half over the weekend. We did a slow roast in a low over and finished by searing it quickly in a hot skillet. Best tenderloin roast I've ever made or tasted! The entire family had the best time enjoying this roast, a great way to start the new year. I thought that half a roast would be too much for our s,all family and we nearly ate the whole thing! The rest of the meat was cut into filets and we'll be looking forward to having those SOON!

Great meat- poor shippingThe filet roasts were impeccable. Several of my guests said it was the best steak they ever had. My only issue is with FedEx . It was supposed to arrive following day but got stuck in transit and took three days. The meat arrived literally hours before I needed to serve my guests. DeBragga should consider switching carriers.

YES, YES, YES!!!Loved that it was fresh. It was unbelievably tender! And absolutely delicious. The leftovers were just as good cold as the roast was hot. Leftovers were great for a salad and a sandwich. Would definitely buy this again.
