DeBragga’s Antibiotic-free Turkey is a delicious and healthy choice for your family at the holidays.

Our private label turkeys are grown on small family farms, with access to the outdoors, unlike factory-farmed birds. They are not given drugs that make them grow too quickly; DeBragga turkeys develop at a slower pace which results in a tastier bird.

What Size Turkey Do I Need? DeBragga recommends that you estimate 1 pound per person to determine the size of the turkey you will need. If you would like to have leftovers, then plan on at least 1.5 pounds per person.

Cooking your DeBragga turkey: We recommend use of a meat thermometer, instant-read or digital, when gauging doneness. Keep in mind that depedning on several factors, (size of bird, recipe variations, and method of cooking) that time and temperature will vary.
