Make your kitchen a 5***** Pork Chop House!These are the best pork chops we’ve ever cooked at home. They are high end Chop House quality. All we do to prepare these amazing chops is use pink salt and coarse pepper, sautéed for a few minutes in olive oil on each side until caramelized, then bake at 375 for 15 minutes. This is foolproof and brings out the great pork flavor. I’d post a photo of our porky work-of-art if I could!
