Sunburst Trout Co. is an artisanal commercial trout farm located at the edge of the Pisgah National Forest, just below Cold Mountain. It is a third generation family-owned and operated farm, producing an authentic gourmet product with no mercury, PCBs, hormones or animal by-products. This unique trout yields a mild buttery flavor that impresses even the most refined of pallets.
