Smoked Magret Duck Breast and Peaches Salad
An easy, delicious summer salad. Perfect when served chilled. Serves 4.
- Smoked Magret Duck Breast sliced: 3-4 slices per salad
- 1 Head fresh green leaf lettuce
- Favorite vinaigrette: balsamic or raspberry vinegar with olive oil
- 2 Fresh peaches: remove pit cut into 2 halves Slice ½ thick – ½ peach of slices per salad
- Clean lettuce and dry in a salad spinner.
- Dress with with 3 TBSP of vinaigrette.
- Arrange lettuce on plate.
- Top with 3-4 slices of Smoked Magret Duck breast and 4 peach slices.
