Lamb Top Sirloin with Tahini Multi-Colored Slaw

Your newest Go-To Party Platter with a Tahini Slaw that you will be eating every day.
  • Prep Time 30 minutes start to finish
  • Cook Time 15 minutes/5 minutes rest


  • 4 Lumina Lamb Top Sirloin
  • Olive Oil/ Kosher Salt/ Black Pepper


  1. Heat oven to 400°.
  2. Rub lamb with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper.
  3. Lay on rack on a half sheet.
  4. Roast for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and sear in scalding skillet for 3 minutes each side.
  5. Let rest and make your slaw.

For Your New Favorite Multi-Colored Slaw

Into a deep bowl:

  • 2 bags multi-colored slaw mix
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 seeded and diced jalapeño

For the Slaw Dressing

Into a large mixing cup or bowl:

  • 6 cloves garlic
  • Juice of two limes
  • 2 t honey
  • 2 T good Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c tahini
  • 1 c apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c Italian parsley


  1. Puree your dressing with an immersion stick, pour over the contents in your mixing bowl, toss with tongs. Done!
