Grilled Lamb Loin Chops with Garlic Lemon Marinade

The perfect marriage of our lamb chops with a glorious lemon garlic marinade.
  • Prep Time 2 hours, or overnight (your choice)
  • Cook Time 10 minutes


For the marinade:

  • 1/2 cup good olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic, smashed and roughly chopped
  • 3 sprigs rosemary, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice with pulp
  • 2T each Kosher salt and black pepper

  • 8 6 oz lamb loin chops


  1. Create your marinade in a bowl and put it into a zip lock bag.

  2. Add your chops and let sit for 2 hours at room temp, or refrigerate overnight. 
    If you do marinate them overnight, bring them to room temp before grilling.
  3. Grill on high.
  4. Grill your chops 5 minutes on each side to med rare.
