Greek Medley Burger Topper

Nothing to cook here! Just a great mélange of colors and flavors with the cool tang of Greek yogurt
  • Prep Time 5 minutes
  • Cook Time None!


  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled coarsely
  • 1 cup Roasted red peppers (jarred is fine!), diced finely
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives, drained and pitted, coarsely chopped
  • 2 T Fresh oregano, minced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain


  1. Mix all ingredients except the yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Add a bit of kosher salt and ground pepper if desired.

Serve burgers with a dollop of yogurt, topped with the Medley.
