Greek Medley Burger TopperNothing to cook here! Just a great mélange of colors and flavors with the cool tang of Greek yogurt

- 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled coarsely
- 1 cup Roasted red peppers (jarred is fine!), diced finely
- 1 cup Kalamata olives, drained and pitted, coarsely chopped
- 2 T Fresh oregano, minced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- Mix all ingredients except the yogurt in a bowl.
- Add a bit of kosher salt and ground pepper if desired.
Serve burgers with a dollop of yogurt, topped with the Medley.
