Garlic Honey and Scallion Topper

Ingredients
- 4 T Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp Minced Fresh Garlic
- 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 T Honey
- 3 T scallions, sliced thinly including greens
- (optional, 1 t cornstarch mixed w 1 T cold water)
- Put everything into a sauce pan and bring it to a slow boil, stirring often, until it reduces and thickens a bit.
