At DeBragga , We are renowned for Dry Aging our beef in specially designed rooms to monitor temperature and humidity resulting in a very unique culinary experience. We also have wet aged rib roasts that have not been dry aged for those who prefer.

The key is you get exactly The Rib Roast you want. If we say Prime it’s because its USDA graded Prime. If we say Naturally Raised, the meat was raised without antibiotics or added growth hormones ever!

Please note that the size / diameter of a rib roast varies from animal to animal and for this reason we sell our rib roasts by weight, not by number of bones.
