Best Steaks EVER
- Best Steaks EVER!!! I cut this up into several 8-10oz filets. I sous vide them for 45 min at 131.5 degrees. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Grilled on high heat in a cast iron pan with butter/filet fat for 30 seconds a side to sear. They were OUTSTANDING!!!!
