This dry-cured ham is made with Ibérico hogs known as Pata Negra, in the traditional Spanish way. The Iberico breed Pata Negra is considered the best for producing high quality dry cured hams with unsurpassed taste and aroma. These hams are air-cured for a minimum of 28 months using artisinal methods in the mountains near Salamanca, Spain.

Iberico hogs are naturally raised without antibiotics (also without hormones, which are not allowed to be given to hogs by law). The taste is clean, fresh and rich with the flavors nature gives it, from natural grain, some acorns, grasses and clean water.

We ship this product frozen. It may thaw in transit, but you may re-freeze or enjoy within five days if kept refrigerated
