This duck breast is raised on farms in Sullivan County, NY, where they have been raising wholesome poultry for over 25 years. This Moulard Duck breast is fully cured and aged in a state-of-the-art drying room. The resulting cured duck breast has a rich and velvety flavor and texture, perfect by itself as an hors d’oeuvre, or as an ingredient with pasta and grains. The duck prosciutto comes whole and must be thinly sliced before serving.
