The Beef Tenderloin That Made Christmas Dinner
We received this on time for our Christmas Dinner and cooked it per the Recipe on the website, with a couple alterations; we cooked it on the grill and removed it when it reached 120 degrees..let it rest for almost 20 minutes and it came out perfect !!! The outside was charred perfectly, ends were medium, and the middle was medium rare. And it cut like BUTTER !! So flavorful and great texture..thanks much for making our Christmas Dinner the Best we can remember !!
