The Iberico Hogs are raised in Georgia on a vegetarian diet and finished on Pecans and Peanuts, putting a southern Georgia twist on the long-kept Spanish tradition. The smoked Spanish paprika gives this chorizo its full flavor that's not hot.
This chorizo perfectly seasons a great paella or a simple stir fry. Outrageous on the grill as is, tossed with sautéed potatoes, or next to eggs at breakfast!
