Our grass-fed Beef Comparison features Strips and Sirloins from New York State - Strip Steaks and Tenderloin Filet steaks from Australia. Representing the Northern Hemisphere, our New York Grass-fed Beef is raised on the lush pastures of NY State’s Finger Lakes region. The Australian provinces of Tasmania and Victoria in the Southern Hemisphere create rich ocean-sprayed pastures with grasses cut and stored on the farm for winter consumption. Both American and Australian cattle feature British genetics, Angus, and Devon. No antibiotics or added hormones ever. All animals allowed to naturally mature between 24-32 months of age compared to commodity beef at 16 months. The result is a fantastic flavor. But which is better, American or Aussie? You be the judge! We’ve also added some of our delicious New York State ground beef and our grass-fed beef hot dogs.
