GUIDELINES FOR ORDERING
Debragga.com makes every effort to maintain, if not improve upon, the quality of our fine products. We are sure you will be delighted with your selections. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our web site: www.DeBragga.com
Orders placed by 2am will be processed for delivery the following day. All orders placed after 2am will be considered for processing the next day, and overnight delivery the day after that. Example: Order at 7am on Tuesday, your order will be processed on Wednesday and out for delivery to you on Thursday.
DeBragga can process Saturday deliveries outside of the New York Tri-state area for an additional $30; these orders must be placed by 2am Thursday morning. New York Tri-state area deliveries for Saturday will not incur an extra charge.
DeBragga.com accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
CORPORATE & PERSONAL GIFTS
Nothing says "Thank you", "Congratulations" or "Happy Holidays" better than an assortment of fabulous meats. Our delicious selection of natural or dry aged beef is the perfect way to show your clients and employees how much you value them.
Choose from our wide selection, and then simply list the recipient's name and address in the "Ship to " section on the ordering page. Please include a phone number for each recipient. Enter any gift messages ("Happy Birthday","Great Job", "Best Wishes", etc) in the box provided on the ordering page.
Your meats are packaged in insulated cartons, fitted with gel ice packs, and shipped to you overnight. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.
Please note that to ensure quality, we cut your meats to order. We will always try to cut the specific amount requested, but it is possible that we might cut slightly more or less. Please understand that this is one of the challenges of offering a handcrafted product and that we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
Due to seasonal availability and supply limitations, we may need to substitute items to ensure freshness and timely delivery. Should the situation occur, we will make every effort to contact you before shipping your order. We will always substitute ingredients of equal or greater quality and value.
